As the Chief Operations Officer, Jeff assists with Sigma Supply of North America's day-to-day departmental interactions. Jeff’s professional experience in operations management with an emphasis in the areas of process control, quality management systems, domestic and international purchasing, and customer service ensures that SSNA will continually pursue results-focused process improvements in order to provide our customers the competitive edge in the markets they serve.
Prior to Jeff joining SSNA he served as Director Of Operations within the Protective Packaging Division of Illinois Tool Works (ITW) overseeing multiple locations in North America and provided consulting services to sister divisions in Denmark and China. Before joining ITW Jeff worked in the automotive industry as a Plant Manager with the Dana Corporation headquartered in Toledo Ohio for 10 years.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BS in Finance.
Wayne’s executive role over all Sigma Supply warehouse operations nationally encompasses the major responsibility to make sure that the company runs smoothly and that we achieve our company goals to ensure that incoming vendor materials and outgoing customer orders are on-time every time! Wayne is a true industry expert with over 25 years of distribution management operations.
Mary began her career with Sigma Supply of North America as Office Manager in 2006. Currently she is Director of Human Resources over all SSNA locations and is responsible for implementing HR management strategies, performance management, employee benefits, and employee relations policies and strategies. She promotes values and programs that retain a high performing and motivated workforce, and oversees direct current staffing.
Prior to joining Sigma Supply of North America, Mary has over 20 years of experience and knowledge in Accounting, Inventory, Administrative Leadership, and many other talents.
Steve brings over 25 years of engineering and automation experience to the organization. He started his engineering career serving as a proud member of the U.S. Army for 6 ½ years. Afterwards he continued to expand upon his engineering training to include mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems and design. Steve is currently responsible for managing all aspects of Sigma’s growing service & equipment division including; vendor relationships, systems design, programming, integration, technical support, and an industry-leading team of technicians performing equipment installations and service for new and used equipment.
Chase joined the SSNA team in November 2018 as a Project Manager assigned to the implementation of SSNA’s new ERP system. He has a background in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His current focus is on testing, analyzing, and coordinating the rollout of the new system. In his time at SSNA, he has gotten to experience many different business functions within the company, and he looks forward to helping SSNA realize even more of its potential moving forward.
Chase holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Tausha joined the Sigma Supply team in 2017, bringing with her over a decade of technical knowledge and experience in engineering, product engineering and product sales.
As an engineer on the technical services team, Tausha Barbaree recommends cost savings adjustments to existing equipment and suggests new equipment combinations in order to make end of line packaging processes more efficient. She helps facilitate the development of containment standards for customers and works on the QAQC team to evaluate and qualify new products in our constantly changing global market.
She is available for new machine recommendations, consultation for film usage reduction, suggestions for better containment values, quantification of film reduction or any issues or concerns with current equipment.
Tausha holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the U of A and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Arkansas.
Dannielle joined Sigma Supply in 2016, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in customer service, with previous jobs working in a call center and as a Workforce Analyst. Dannielle is now the Service Coordinator for Sigma Supply in the 301 Hot Springs location and handles dispatch calls to techs, assists with parts sourcing, prepares training materials for courses held at Sigma, and writes the occasional article for us.
Dannielle holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Health Information Technology.
Gregg is responsible for the technical services involving computer systems, communications system, EDI, for all company locations in addition to managing the vendor relationships to help ensure that flow of information between our customers and Sigma Supply performs at the industry’s highest level for over 10 years. Overall, he has 15 years of experience in Information Technology.
Gregg is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, with a degree in Information Science. Also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees at Harding University and the University of Central Arkansas, along with several IT industry certifications in networking and security, including high level certifications from Microsoft.
Rich joined the Sigma team in June 2011 as Controller.
Rich has over 10 years’ experience in providing professional services across a broad range of accounting areas including financial, tax, consulting, and audit. Prior to joining Sigma, Rich worked in the public and private accounting fields. Rich is also a veteran of the United States Navy.

Graduated from the University Central Arkansas (UCA) in December of 2006 with a BS in Science in Accounting. Cody was hired soon after graduation as the Plant Accountant for Shippers Products in Sheridan Arkansas where he excelled in GL, AR, AP and product cost accounting.
In 2014 based on limited growth opportunities at Shippers, Cody accepted an opening at Falcon Jet where he specialized in finance, aircraft services, budgeting, bills of materials, taxes, and ERP. Over the course of 18 months he earned the title of Assistant Controller.
In 2016 Cody joined the Sigma Supply Team as Assistant Controller with a focus on our AP Department and Sales Rep commissions. Cody has been married to his beautiful bride Brandy and they have 2 daughters Blythe and Etta. Cody and his family are avid outdoors people that enjoy camping, fishing and hunting on a regular basis.
Jennifer Dale successfully established and lead the marketing department at Sigma Supply for its first five years, with responsibility over marketing programs, brand management, corporate sponsorships, business communications, and graphic design. Jennifer is now responsible for all of Sigma Supply's event planning, handling everything from organizing and producing large events to standardizing forms and anything in between.
Prior to joining Sigma Supply, she worked in business development and marketing for over 10 years. Jennifer’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Her most recent project involved the Sigma Supply’s National Sales Convention that SSNA hosted, bringing in our most recognizable vendors to make contact with over 100 Account Managers SSNA currently has.
Missy joined the Marketing Team of Sigma Supply in November 2019, bringing with her four years’ experience in public relations, marketing, graphic design and web development. Missy’s role at Sigma consists of working with the team to maintain excellence in website development, graphic design, marketing campaigns, promotional materials and sales support. Prior to SSNA, Missy worked in the field of marketing and promotions for non-profit organizations and retail establishments.
Missy holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
Larry joined SSNA's purchasing team in January 2017 with 21 years of purchasing experience in the packaging industry. Over 30 years in packaging history with production, warehousing, delivering, and accounting experience.

Kristen began her career with Sigma in 2004 as the receptionist. Shortly after she moved into Customer service to begin working with several accounts, as well as handling some accounts payable. Through her journey with the company, she has worked with our National Accounts and sales reps striving to provide great customer service.
As the customer service manager in the Hot Springs, AR branch, she enjoys working with an elite team and providing support and training all new hires for the customer service departments.

Candace joined SSNA as a CSR in 2013 with experience in customer service, transportation, inventory and accounting. During her SSNA career, she has worked hand-in-hand with every department, most of our Account Managers and many customers. Her primary duties over the past 5 years have revolved around our Tyson Account. She now joins our Purchasing Team to support this account in a new way and help manage Tyson Inventory across multiple locations.
Jennifer joined the Sigma team in 2017 with 20 years experience in Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, and International/Domestic Logistics and has since been maintaining corporate accounts with primary inventory control responsibility, and back-up for other major SSNA customer accounts.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama and a Bachelor of Theology from Midwest College of Theology.
Heather has previously worked in both the trucking and logistics businesses and has brought that knowledge and experience to Sigma Supply to help minimize our shipping costs and maximize efficiency. She is working directly with several major trucking companies to leverage better rates as well as many logistics companies to obtain the most competitive rates, while helping Sigma Supply deliver orders on time.
Heather has a BS in Marketing Logistics from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro.
