CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERKristen began her career with Sigma in 2004 as the receptionist. Shortly after she moved into Customer service to begin working with several accounts, as well as handling some accounts payable. Through her journey with the company, she has worked with our National Accounts and sales reps striving to provide great customer service.
As the customer service manager in the Hot Springs, AR branch, she enjoys working with an elite team and providing support and training all new hires for the customer service departments.
